NARROW WOVEN

Narrow fabrics according to their structure and usage areas; rubber, ribbon, called as a cord, 0.5 cm to 50 cm wide by touching or knitting the width of narrow materials obtained. These materials, which are not used alone, are the indispensable elements of the ready-wear side industry. Narrow woven machines are used for obtaining textile surface in many areas, from interior to home textiles and technical textiles.

In a sense, the narrow weaving sector is the by-industry of the sectors in which it produces services.In addition to the ready-made clothing sector, narrow fabrics which are used in footwear, automobile, defense, electrotechnics, health and safety sectors are woven in the form of elastic or strip. Narrow woven ribbon, belt, tire, label-like narrow width and special usage area of the production of woven fabrics is a weaving production system.

Narrow woven machines are different from normal woven machines. This difference is due to the difference in the fabric produced as well as the technical properties of the weaving machines.Narrow woven machines work very high speed. Because of these features, production rates and yields are high.Because of the small size of the woven fabric, multiple fabrics can be woven side by side on the weaving machine at the same time.
